Meet the Founder
Spectrum Family Support was created from both professional and personal experience, and from a deep belief that families should never have to navigate complex systems alone.
Founder Nicole Gagnier is an Ontario Certified Teacher and Special Education teacher with over 25 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families. Based in Port Stanley, Ontario, she has worked closely with students with autism and other diverse learning needs, partnering with families and educators to create individualized pathways that foster academic success, social development, and independence.
Nicole's passion for supporting families is also personal. As a wife and stepmom to two young boys, she understands that every family faces unique challenges and that having the right support can make all the difference.
The heart of Spectrum Family Support is simple: families deserve clarity, compassion, and someone in their corner.
